1. General By placing an order with Ursula Hurst Studio, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully before purchasing.

2. Products All prints are made to order. Colours may vary slightly from screen to screen due to monitor calibration. We take great care to represent our work accurately.

3. Pricing All prices are listed in GBP and include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to update prices at any time.

4. Orders & Payment Orders are confirmed once payment has been received in full. We accept all major credit/debit cards and other methods available at checkout.

5. Cancellations As prints are made to order, cancellations must be requested within 24 hours of placing your order. After this window, production may have already begun.

7. Shipping Please refer to our [Shipping Policy] for delivery timeframes, costs, and packaging information.

8. Intellectual Property All artwork, images, and content on this site remain the intellectual property of Ursula Hurst. Purchasing a print does not transfer any copyright or reproduction rights.

9. Limitation of Liability We are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of our products beyond the purchase price paid.

10. Governing Law These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
